Ansonia Clock Co., C.1914, Royal Bonn, "LA FONTAINE" porcelain china cased clock, with 8-day, gong strike mov't with one piece porcelain dial, in a cream and blue case with multi colored floral decorations,
CONDITION:
overall very good original condition; porcelain dial with Arabic numerals is excellent; case without chips; some loss to gold highlights. Interestingly this case was labeled "La Blois" at the factory, but is definitely a Fontaine. Since this model is not shown in the Ansonia catalog, we could be pleased to see a La Blois foto from a collector who might own one. Ht 11.2"
